Fitted Knit #5 Finished
Hi,
This photo doesn't do it justice, and the two greens in the solid part do not contrast nearly that much, but this will give you the general idea of my finished object. Click on the photos to see them larger. I used the yarn from the pattern, Cascade Jazz and Cascade 220. The body goes very quickly because of the chunkiness of the yarn, it's the ribbed parts that take time. I ripped out and redid the button hole band and it came out better the second time. The only problem--I may have to move to a colder climate to get more use out of it. Next up: Two-Toned Shrug and a possible Bluebell Boatneck.
I'm going to see how many projects I can do from this book! Wendy

What a beautiful job you did! I just bought the yarn to make the thick and thin cardi coat, and noticed the in supplies list that apparently there should be two colors of Cascade 220 (CC1 and CC2) except that there is only one color number (8267) listed. Could someone please let me know the second color number and also which color would then be CC1 and CC2. I am very excited to start this project!

Hi, Donna. I just chose two greens of Cascade 220 that I liked, one is darker and one is lighter. The darker one actually has shades of purple in the heather, you can't see it in the photo. Good luck!

Beautiful Thick and Thin! I'm doing it and ready to do the thin, it says Cascade 220 in 1 ea of #8267 and then #8267 again, what is the CC 2? Can't be #8267 as in the pattern on pg 111???
Thanks,
Nancy

Hi,
It is obviously a misprint. The second color is lighter.
