a too-small, half-winged DSLT

drop stitch lace efforts So i finally finished my Drop stitch lace tank top. This is pretty miraculous considering I cleverly managed to lose Fitted Knits halfway through. Luckily I had just about managed to commit the stitch pattern to memory by then and was able to wing the top half. I made it out of Debbie bliss cathay which makes a lovely fabric. It's too small though - I was way too optimistic with the sizing. I cast on 136 stitches which is about the right size for a leprechaun. Am hoping it'll stretch out a bit, perhaps if i do lots of jumping around while wearing it or something. If you're one of the remaining 3 people in the world who haven't already made this top and are looking for more info, there's more details available on my blog.

I don't know - I kinda like the fit!! Maybe it will loosen up a bit though!

I like the fit on you! And it looks super cool layered over a shirt like that.

I join the crowd in saying I think this looks great... on you in addition to in general. And, I guess this would make me the FOURTH person who hasn't yet knit this. SIGH. ;-)
