Hi I'm new

Hi there, my name is Beth and I am new to the group.  Actually new to any Knit along at all.  I got my book a few weeks back and love it.  I have completed the Gartertini (minus the straps)  and I am almost done the Rouched Camisole and I just bought yarn to make the silk and pearls cami.  I have plans to make just about everything in this book. 

Here is a picture of my gatertini (It's been a joke for quite some time that I am going to start knitting my DH's underwear, so he got a huge kick out of seeing my knit undies

Oh, I've been thinking of doing the gartini without the straps as well! What yarn did you use? Did you use one with elastic in it like the Fixation specified?

Yes, I used the Cascade Fixation for the main part, just some acylic stuff for the pink stripes. I have more of the fixation here, I may make more. They worked up fast and were fun to make.
