I love this book so I was really excited to see Robin started a knitalong. I am curretly in  the fitted knits KAL  and have made 4 things from it , I think this book is going to be just as good. I really shouldn't start any new projects untill I get caught up but I can start yarn shopping. Now which project should I make. I love Saratoga and I think it would knit up fast. maybe that should be first.

Welcome, Stephanie! It is great to have you in another KAL. I like the shape of Saratoga, and I do think it would be a quick knit. Would you use the recommended yarn(s) or sub? Any ideas on subs? It is 5 stitches to the inch so it should be easy to sub if one was so inclined.

I haven't found the called for yarn, so I'll probably sub. The picture makes the yarn look chenille like and I'm not a big fan of chenille. It's a pain to knit and it doesn't hold up well. I like the colors they used though. Not my usual colors at all but sometimes a change is good.
